In casting aluminium fixed to the dome.
Made of embossed aluminium sheet, assembly is held to the CDG steel reflector by means of 1 aluminium steel mounting. Once removed the dome and control gear are easily attained.
Made up of 3 parts: A ring of crown in cast aluminium supported by 4 ribs in cast aluminium fixed to the base flange. Mounting for 26mm held with 2 stainless steel screws.
Made up of 3 parts sealed together so as to obtain a high degree of protection.

A control gear on the CDG steel sheet, once removed the dome and top crown the control gear are easily attained. A reflector made in embossed CDG steel sheet (IP33), OR the reflector in pure aluminium, stamped out in one piece and anodized which is fixed on the CDG steel sheet (IP65), the control gear is placed around the reflector.
The diffuser in frost methacrylate. Painted by polyester powder, color on request.

Yes, the control gear is placed on the CDG steel sheet (or around the reflector depending on configuration) and can be easily accessed once the dome and top crown are removed.
You can choose between a reflector made of embossed CDG steel sheet (IP33 protection) or a pure anodized stamped aluminium reflector (IP65 protection) fixed on the steel sheet.
The tempered glass provides a shock energy resistance rating of 2 joules. The luminaire is designed to support both Class I and Class II electrical safety requirements.
