Component Structure
The Finial Top
Made of an aluminium (or steel) sheet, stamped out in a single piece and securely welded to the dome.
The Dome
Constructed from an aluminium (or steel) sheet, stamped in one piece with 4 pieces fixed together. Removing the dome provides quick and easy access to the control gear.
The Frame
Composed of 3 parts: a square ring in aluminium (or steel) sheet, supported by 4 ribs in aluminium (or steel) sheet fixed to the base flange. Mounting is held at 26mm.
The Optical Block
Consists of 3 parts fixed securely together to ensure a high level of environmental and ingress protection.
Technical Details & Configurations
  • Control Gear Access: Positioned on the CDG steel sheet. By removing the dome and the finial top, the control gear is easily accessible.
  • Diffuser Options: Available in opal, clear, or frost methacrylate options.
  • Reflector Configurations: Reflector built with CDG steel sheet (IP33), OR a pure aluminium reflector, stamped in one piece and anodized, fixed on the CDG steel sheet. A clear tempered glass is sealed directly to the reflector using a silicon seal for high-level protection (IP65). The control gear is arranged around the reflector.
  • Base Flange: Features steel piping welded to one steel ring, with top mounting configured for 26mm.
