The AU115F luminaire is meticulously engineered and consists of 5 main functional parts designed for durability, protection, and optical efficiency:

The Crown

Made of high-quality cast aluminium and securely fixed to the top cover.

The Top Cover

Manufactured from robust die cast aluminium to ensure complete, overwhole protection of the luminaire.

The Body

Constructed of die cast aluminium. The frame is attached by a hinge and secured with one stainless steel (S/S) screw under the body, ensuring easy access to the control gear and lamp.

The Optic System

Comprises a pure, polished, stamped-out refined aluminium reflector attached to the frame, along with a secondary CDG steel reflector. An arc tempered glass or methacrylate diffuser is sealed directly to the CDG steel reflector via a silicone seal, insuring superior protection.

The Bracket

Made of cast aluminium and securely fixed to the main body. The bracket shape can be customized upon request.
