1. The Finial Top

Constructed from embossed aluminium sheet and securely fixed to the dome structure via a single copper piping.

2. The Dome

Made of pure aluminium and stamped out in a single piece, with 6 pieces fixed together. Designed for accessibility: once removed, the dome and control gears can be easily attained.

3. The Frame

Composed of 3 separate parts, including an aluminium sheet ring supported by 6 ribs in aluminium piping. This frame is fixed directly to the base flange with a mounting held at 26mm.

4. The Optical Block

Comprising 3 components sealed together to achieve high level protection. Features a frosted methacrylate diffuser and standard embossed CDG steel sheet reflector (IP33). An optional high-protection anodized pure aluminium reflector system is available with a silicon-sealed clear tempered glass (IP65). Control gear is configured systematically around the reflector.

5. The Base Flange

Constructed from cast aluminium with top mounting designed for 26mm. Protected and coated with high-grade polyester powder paint, with colors available upon request.

Control Gear Design

Mounted on a robust CDG steel sheet inside the structure. Once the dome and the finial top are dismantled, maintenance operators can easily attain the control gears.
