Our factory covers an area of 10,000㎡, with 1000T, 700T, and 300T die casting machines, full automatic spray line, 3 assembly lines, and 2 LED aging lines. The annual output of lamp and lamp post reaches 150,000 sets.
We have ISO9000-14001 certification. We conduct inspections in every production procedure, and for finished products, we will take 100% inspection depend on international standards and customer’s requirements. We have advanced inspection equipments, including spectrum analyzer, darkroom, waterproof testing instrument, shock tester, impact tester, high/low temperature tester, etc.
